About the firm

A practice shaped by the Ontario courts.

Paul C. Nesseth was called to the Ontario Bar in 1980. Over more than four decades, he has appeared regularly before the Ontario Superior Court and has argued before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Canada, Trial Division.

A former Sessions Instructor at the Ontario Bar Admission Course, Mr. Nesseth also served as counsel to affected individuals before the Krever Commission's Inquiry into the Canadian Blood System — work that remains a defining chapter of the firm's public-interest practice.
