What to expect

A conversation before anything else.

Before any engagement, the firm will spend time understanding your matter — the facts, the timeline, the people involved, the outcome you're hoping for. There is no charge for that first conversation, and no obligation to retain.

If the firm is the right fit, a written retainer will set out the scope of the work and fees in advance. If the firm isn't the right fit, Mr. Nesseth will say so, and will happily point you toward counsel who is.
