A Windsor practice,
forty-six years in the making.
Paul C. Nesseth was called to the Ontario Bar in 1980. His practice has been shaped by the rooms it has been tried in — Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Canada.
Mr. Nesseth was called to the Ontario Bar in 1980. He appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court and has appeared before both the Federal Court of Canada, Trial Division and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He is also a regular advocate before the Ontario and Federal Labour Relations Boards.
His practice runs across a broad range of civil matters: Employment and Labour; Matrimonial; and Civil Litigation — including motor vehicle accidents, commercial litigation, and medical malpractice. Over more than four decades, he has represented individuals, families and small businesses throughout Essex County and southwestern Ontario.
Formerly a Sessions Instructor at the Ontario Bar Admission Course, Mr. Nesseth has also served as counsel to affected individuals before the Krever Commission's Inquiry into the Canadian Blood System — work that continues to shape how the firm approaches complex institutional matters today.
