Mr. Nesseth was called to the Ontario Bar in 1980. He appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court.  He has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada Trial Division, as well as the Ontario Court of Appeal. He also appears before the Ontario and Federal Labour Relation Boards.

His practice runs across a range of areas such as Employment/Labour; Matrimonial; and Civil Litigation; including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Commercial Litigation and Medical Malpractice.

Formerly a Sessions Instructor at the Bar Admission Course, he has also appeared as Counsel to affected individuals before the Krever Commission’s Inquiry into the Canadian Blood System.
